I wonder if my furniture will fit upstairs. Do I have to take anything into account?
Certain pieces of furniture are very large and are delivered in one piece. If you have a spiral staircase or a narrow stairwell, it is often difficult to estimate whether your furniture will go up the stairs. An elevator is also not always suitable for bringing your furniture upstairs. Most furniture with a length of more than 200 cm no longer fits in a (small) lift. If you are unsure whether your furniture can be moved upstairs, we advise you to contact our planning department. If it is not possible to take your furniture upstairs via the stairs or the elevator, it is also possible with a removal lift. However, the costs of this will be for your account and they vary per region. Inform in advance so that you are not faced with surprises.

What is the delivery time on the products?
Many items are available from stock. Many items are also produced to order by our suppliers worldwide. The delivery time differs per supplier. The product information also states the delivery time of the product in question.
Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?
We guarantee that our prices are the lowest prices. This is checked daily. If it still happens that you see an item cheaper elsewhere, we would like to hear about it. We will adjust the purchase price within 4 days of purchase or you can cancel the order free of charge. It must of course concern the same product and conditions.

All prices stated on this website are prices including 21% VAT.
What should I do if the delivery time differs?
We do our utmost to deliver within the predetermined delivery time. In most cases this concerns a few working days to weeks for stock items and 2 to 3 months for our custom furniture.
If this delivery time deviates, this will be stated on the website with the product information, or announced by the seller in the store. You can assume this delivery time, but in some cases your order may be delayed. We depend on several manufacturers, so unfortunately we cannot always avoid such unpredictable inconveniences. In this case, we hope for understanding of the situation, and advise you to wait patiently. We will keep you informed as best as possible and ensure that your order is processed as quickly and as neatly as possible.
